Puffiness and fluid retention are more common than most people realize — and one of the gentlest ways to address them is a treatment that's often overlooked: lymphatic drainage massage.

The lymphatic system, briefly

Your lymphatic system is responsible for clearing excess fluid and waste from tissue. When it's sluggish — from travel, long periods of sitting, or simply day-to-day life — fluid can build up, leading to that puffy, heavy feeling many clients describe.

Why the touch is so light

Unlike deep-tissue massage, lymphatic drainage uses very light, rhythmic pressure. This isn't a matter of preference — the lymphatic vessels sit close to the skin's surface, so a gentle, guided touch is actually more effective than firm pressure at encouraging drainage.

A natural pairing with body contouring

Many of our clients book lymphatic drainage alongside treatments like cavitation, RF or Madero therapy. It supports the body's response after these sessions and helps maintain results in between.

It's one of our gentlest treatments — and one of the ones clients say they look forward to the most.
