The technology, explained
Hi-EMT uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic energy to trigger powerful, supramaximal muscle contractions — contractions far more intense than a muscle can achieve through voluntary movement alone, delivered through an applicator placed over the target muscle group.
Why the numbers sound so high
A single session can trigger thousands of these contractions, which is often compared to the effect of an intense workout for the targeted muscle group — the technology is simply able to activate muscle fibers more thoroughly than voluntary contraction alone.
